VR6 3.2 / 3.6 FSI Billet CNC Intake Manifold – FSI to MPI Conversion

Upgrade your VR6 FSI engine with a high-performance billet CNC machined intake manifold designed specifically for converting from factory direct injection (FSI) to port injection (MPI).

This intake manifold allows the removal of the original FSI injection system and provides a clean solution for installing aftermarket MPI injectors, making it the ideal choice for turbocharged VR6 builds where increased fuel capacity, reliability and tuning flexibility are required.

Injector Configurations

6 Injector Setup

The standard configuration uses 6 MPI injectors, one injector per cylinder.

Suitable for:

• Naturally aspirated VR6 engines

12 Injector Setup

The 12 injector configuration allows two injectors per cylinder for maximum fuel capacity and improved fuel distribution.

Recommended for:

• High horsepower turbo VR6 applications
• Ethanol fuel setups
• High boost applications where additional injector capacity is required

Fuel Rail Specifications

The included CNC machined fuel rail features:

• 3/4-16 UNF threaded ends
• Compatible with aftermarket fuel fittings
• Designed for Bosch EV14 style injectors

  To complete your VR6 FSI to MPI conversion, we recommend the following components:

  • FSI Injector Delete Kit – Removes the factory FSI injectors and seals the cylinder head for MPI conversion.
  • FSI Fuel Pump Delete Kit – Eliminates the factory high-pressure fuel pump for a clean engine bay and simplified fuel system.
  • Bosch EV14 Injectors (optional)
  • Fuel Pressure Regulator (application dependent)
