VR6 3.2/3.6 FSI Injector Delete Kit

This injector delete kit is designed for Volkswagen VR6 3.2 and 3.6 FSI engines when converting from the original FSI direct-injection fuel system to an MPI (multi-point injection) setup.

The factory FSI engine uses direct fuel injectors installed in the cylinder head. When converting the engine to port fuel injection, the original direct injectors are no longer required. This delete kit provides a clean solution for removing the factory FSI injectors and properly closing the original injector locations.

Designed for VR6 FSI Engines

The injector delete kit is suitable for:

• 3.2 FSI VR6 engines
• 3.6 FSI VR6 engines
• VR6 FSI to MPI conversions
• Turbocharged VR6 engine builds
• Motorsport and performance applications

It is intended for engines where the original direct-injection system is being replaced with conventional port fuel injection.

FSI to MPI Conversion

When converting a 3.2 or 3.6 FSI VR6 from direct injection to MPI, the original high-pressure fuel system and direct injectors can be removed.

This injector delete kit can be used together with our VR6 3.2/3.6 FSI Fuel Pump Delete Kit to remove the original FSI fuel system from the engine.

Depending on your setup, the conversion can then use a suitable VR6 intake manifold, fuel rail and MPI fuel injectors.

What’s Included

The kit includes the components required to delete the original FSI direct injectors from the cylinder head.

The exact contents and configuration depend on the specific VR6 application and kit version.

CNC Machined In-House

Krabifab manufactures the injector delete components in-house using CNC machining.

The parts are designed around the original VR6 FSI engine architecture to provide accurate fitment and a clean finished installation.

This product is an injector delete kit only. It does not include MPI injectors, fuel rail, intake manifold, fuel pump or ECU calibration unless specifically stated in the product contents.
