VR6 3.2/3.6 FSI Fuel Pump Delete Kit

This fuel pump delete kit is designed for Volkswagen VR6 3.2 and 3.6 FSI engines when converting from the original FSI direct-injection fuel system to an MPI (multi-point injection) setup.

The factory FSI engine uses a mechanical high-pressure fuel pump driven from the engine to supply the direct injectors. When the FSI system is removed as part of an MPI conversion, the original fuel pump is no longer required. This CNC machined delete plate provides a clean and simple way to remove the factory fuel pump while retaining a properly sealed installation.

It is intended for projects where the original FSI high-pressure fuel system is being replaced by a conventional MPI fuel system with external or in-tank low-pressure fuel supply and port fuel injectors.

What’s Included

The kit includes:

• CNC machined aluminium fuel pump delete plate
• New OEM O-ring
• New mounting bolts

The new OEM O-ring provides a reliable seal between the delete plate and the engine, while the supplied mounting hardware makes installation straightforward.

FSI to MPI Conversion

This fuel pump delete kit is commonly used together with our VR6 3.2/3.6 FSI Intake Manifold and FSI Injector Delete Kit when converting the engine from direct injection to MPI.

Depending on your engine configuration, a complete conversion may also require a suitable VR6 fuel rail and MPI fuel injectors.

Removing the original FSI high-pressure fuel pump simplifies the fuel system and allows the engine to use conventional port fuel injection.

CNC Machined In-House

Each delete plate is CNC machined in-house by Krabifab from aluminium for accurate fitment and consistent quality.

The part is designed specifically around the VR6 3.2/3.6 FSI engine and provides a clean solution for removing the original high-pressure fuel pump from the engine.

Important

This product is a fuel pump delete plate only. It does not include a complete MPI fuel system, fuel rail, injectors, fuel pump or ECU calibration.
